Q: How long do press-ons last?
 With proper prep and application, press-ons can last 2-4 weeks. If you use adhesive tabs, they’re great for short-term wear (like a weekend), while nail glue will give you longer wear.

Q: How do I know my nail sizes?
 You can order a sizing kit from me for an additional 5$. Sizing must be accurate — please double-check before ordering since all sets are custom and non-refundable.

Q: What comes with my press-on order?
 Every set includes prep tools (nail file, buffer, alcohol pad, adhesive tabs, and glue if selected) so you’re ready to apply right out of the package.

Q: Can I reuse my press-ons?
 Yes! With gentle removal and care, your press-ons can be reused multiple times. Be sure to remove glue buildup for the best fit on the next wear.

Q: What if I want a custom design?
I love custom work! Just send me your inspo pic or idea via email or social DM and I’ll let you know pricing and turnaround time.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
 Because each set is handmade and custom-sized, all sales are final. If your set arrives damaged or there’s an error on my part, contact me within 3 business days with photos.

Q: What happens if I need to change my in person service appointment?
You are allowed to change your appointment through my booking site only twice within a 3 month window. If multiple changes or cancellations are made, any deposit paid will be refunded and all future bookings will be declined for 90 days. 

Q: Is my deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are applied towards to nail order or service rendered. ***
