Because each press-on set and service is handmade and customized, all sales are final. Please be sure to double-check your sizing, design requests, and details before placing your order.
✨ Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on my end, please contact me within 3 business days of delivery with photos, and I’ll be happy to make it right.
💅 Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom work, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.
⚡ Service Appointments
Deposits for nail services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
